Plaza 430, 1st Floor Office Space
Our first floor office space is available from 400 sq ft to up to 4000 Sq ft. Some spaces even have kitchenettes and small courtyards to the exterior of the building. Restrooms are shared with other companies on the first floor and are handicap accessible.

Plaza 430, 2nd Floor Office Space
Our second floor office space is available from 200 to 8000 sq ft. Restrooms are shared with other companies on the second floor. We do not have elevator or lift access to the second floor. A shared kitchen is available for use by all companies on the floor as well.
Plaza 430, Retail Spaces
Our retail spaces range in size from 800 to 2000 sq ft and can be expanded if need be. The "anchor" store is McCarthy's Liquors. We have traffic in and our of our building of up to 600 cars a day with all kinds of different stores, from a flower shop to a barber shop. Heavy traffic in and out ensures your business gets the maximum exposure it deserves.
